How to Make Chocolate Oatmeal Flummery

Chocolate and Oatmeal Flummery Recipe by The Best of Cadburys
Ingredients: serve 4
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
25g /1 oz medium outmeal
75 g / 3 oz ready to eat dried apricots
100g chocolate
150ml pint double cream
25g icing sugar
3 tablespoons whisky
200g Greek yogurt
Chocolate curls, to decorate

Procedures:
Lightly toast the oatmeal under a warm grill and leave to cool. Finely slice the apricots, then grate the chocolate.

Whip the cream in a bowl with the icing sugar and whisky until just beginning to hold its shape. Stir in the yogurt, oatmeal, apricots and chocolate. Turn the mixture into serving glasses. Serve chilled, decorate with chocolate curls.
