How to Make Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: serve 6
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
200g /7 oz chocolate, broken into pieces
25g / 1 oz unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur, brand or rum
150ml / ¼ print double cream
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons caster sugar
Cocoa powder, for dusting

Procedures:
Melt the chocolate, then stir in the butter until melted and the liqueur, brandy or rum. Stir gently until smooth. Lightly whip the cream.

Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until peaking. Whisk in the sugar.

Fold the cream, then egg whites into the melted chocolate mixture, using a large metal spoon, until evenly combined. Turn the mousse into small ramekin dishes or glasses and chill for at least 2 hours until set. Serve dusted with cocoa powder. End.
