Chocolate Cream Dip recipe by

Ingredients: serve 4
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
200g / 7 oz chocolate broken into pieces
4 tablespoons double cream
4 tablespoon orange flavored liqueur
FOR DIPPING:
Selection of dippers, for example, dessert biscuits, amaretti or cigarette wafer biscuits, biscotti, brazil nuts, cherries or strawberries, banana slices, dried apricots or mangoes
Procedures:
Melt the chocolate with the cream and liqueur, then stir until smooth. Pour into ramekin dishes or other small dishes.
Surround with a selection of biscuits, nuts and fruit, plus wooden cocktail sticks for securing the fruit. Serve. Warm. End.
