The process of making Rellenong Manok requires skill and patience, as the chicken needs to be carefully deboned while keeping the skin intact. The stuffing is prepared by sautéing the ground meat with onions, garlic, and an array of aromatic herbs and spices. This mixture is then combined with vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and peas for added texture and taste.
Once the chicken is stuffed, it is then roasted until the skin turns crispy and golden brown, while the meat inside remains tender and juicy. Rellenong Manok is often served as a centerpiece dish during special occasions and gatherings, where its impressive appearance and delightful flavors make it a crowd favorite.
Whether enjoyed with steamed rice or as part of a festive feast, Rellenong Manok is a true culinary masterpiece that showcases the artistry and flavors of Filipino cuisine.Rellenong Manok or Stuffed Chicken Recipe by: Philippine Cuisine
