Banoffi Chocolate Creams recipe
The Best of Cadburys
Ingredients: serve 4
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
75g / 3 oz Chocolate
4 Tablespoon milk
2 x 150ml ¼ pin pots low fat toffee yogurt
150ml ¼ pint double cream
2 small ripe Bananas
1 Cadbury Flake
Procedures:
Chop the milk chocolate and melt in with the milk a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir gently, then remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
Lightly whip the cream. Slice the bananas, cut the flake lengthways into thick shards. Set aside about one quarter of the pieces. Layer the chocolate and yogurt mixture, bananas, flake and cream in serving glasses, finishing with a layer of cream. Scatter with the reserved pieces of flake. end.
