Mixed Berry Salad Recipe With Paula Deen Book
Ingredients: Makes 8 to 10 serving
2 pints fresh blackberries
2 pints fresh raspberries
2 pints fresh blueberries
6 fresh kiwis, quartered and sliced
1 (1 ounce) package fresh mint, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoon sugar
Garnish: fresh mint leaves
Procedures:
In a large bowl, combine all berries and next 2 ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and sugar. Add to berry mixture, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately. Garnish with mint, if desired. End.
