Ham Salad Deviled Eggs Recipe With Paula Deen
Ingredients: Makes 10 to 12 servings
1 dozen eggs, hard cooked, peeled, and halved lengthwise
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Garnish: paprika

Procedures:
- In a large bowl, place egg yolks. Place egg whites, cut side up, on a serving platter.
- Add ham and next 7 ingredients to yolks. Mash to desired consistency. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. End.
