How to Make Lumpia Wrapper for Fresh Lumpia – Easy Homemade Recipe with Lumpia Sauce Recipe

Lumpia wrappers for fresh lumpia, also known as lumpiang sariwa, are soft, thin crepes made from a simple batter of flour, eggs, water, and a pinch of salt. Unlike the crispy wrappers used for fried lumpia, fresh lumpia wrappers are pliable and delicate, designed to hold savory vegetable or meat fillings without tearing. These homemade wrappers are cooked on a non-stick pan and require no flipping, resulting in a smooth, tender texture.
