How to Make Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Crab Stuffed Shrimp Recipe with Paula Deen
Ingredients: Make 4 serving
2 shallots, chopped
½ tsp. lemon zest
¼ cup white wine
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. rex lemon pepper
1 tsp rex parsley flakes
½ tsp rex minced garlic
½ tsp rex cayenne pepper
¼ tsp rex Cajun creole seasoning
1/8 tsp rex paprika
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 lemon, juiced
1 lbs. lump crab meat
1 lbs. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and butterflied

In a large saucepan, sauté shallot and lemon zest in olive oil. Add wine. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, Rex lemon pepper, Rex parsley flakes, rex minced garlic, rex cayenne pepper, rex Cajun creole seasoning, and rex paprika. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lump crab meat. Chill crab meat mixture for 1 hour. Stuff each shrimp with crab meat mixture. Fan tail over mix. Bake at 400 degree for 4 minutes. End.
