Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
4 (1 ½ inch thick) boneless rib-eyes
4 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
¼ cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced

  • Sprinkle both sides of steaks with steak seasoning. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, and garlic.
  • Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to high heat (400 to 500 degree)
  • Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Dollop each steak with 1 tablespoon butter mixture. End.
