Honey Chicken Drumsticks Recipe with Sandra Lee
Ingredients: Makes 6 servings
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup firmly packe brown sugar
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (4 pound) package chicken drumsticks
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 425 degree. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, sugar, 3 tabelspoons water, vinegar, mustard, garlic and oil. Add chicken to bowl, tossing to coat.
- Place chicken in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done. End.
