Curried Chicken Salad Croissants Recipe with Sandra Lee
Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
2 cups chopped chooked chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup choped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon golden raisins
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon curry poweder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 Bibb lettuce leaves
4 croissants, split

Procedures:
- In a medium bowl, stir together chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, raisins, salt, curry powder, and pepper. Layer lettuce and chicken mixture evenly on bottom halves of 4 croissants. Top with remaining croissant halves. end
