Peach Tomato Salad with Herbed Buttermilk Dressing Recipe by: Paula Deen
Ingredients: Make 6 serving
½ cup bettermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 large tomatoes, sliced into ½ inch thick wedges
4 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced

Procedures:
- In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, chives, dill, vinegar, pepper, ans salt. Cover and chill for up to 2hours before serving.
- Arrange tomato, peach, and avocado slices on individiual plates, or combine in a serving bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad. Substitute white wine vinegar for tarragon vinegar, if desired. End.
