Sweet and Salty Margarita

Ingredients: Makes 1 drink
2 tablespoons Lime Simple Syrup(recipe follow)
¼ cup tequila blanco
2 tablespoons triple sec
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Additional tequila
Romino Granulated Sugar
Kosher Salt

1 cup water
2/3 cup Domino Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon lime zest

Ingredients: Makes 1 drink
2 tablespoons Lime Simple Syrup(recipe follow)
¼ cup tequila blanco
2 tablespoons triple sec
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Additional tequila
Romino Granulated Sugar
Kosher Salt
Procedures:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Lime simple syrup, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake until well combined.
- On a small plate, pour a small plate, combine desired amount of sugar and salt. Dip rim of glass in tequila, then is sugar mixture.
- Fill prepared glas with ice, and add tequila mixture.
Ingredients: Makes 1 cup
1 cup water
2/3 cup Domino Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon lime zest
Procedures:
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, sugar, and lime zest. Bring to a boil over medium hihg heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain mixture, discarding solids. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
