Greek Salad

Ingredients: Makes 6
1 (8 Ounce) black feta cheese, thinly sliced (18 sliced)
18 grape tomatoes, halved
1 english cucumber, thinly slice( 24 sliced)
36 pitted kalamata olives
6 pepperoncini peppers(optional)
6 tablespoons red wine vinaigrette,
Garnish: fresh oreganon springs

Procedures:
- On each of 6 salad plates, arrange 3 feta slices, 6 tomato halves, 4 cucumber slices, 6 olives, and 1 pepper, if desired. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon dressing. Garnish with oregano sprigs, if desired.
