Honey Pistachio Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients: Makes 30 Mini Cheesecakes
1 (24.2 ounce) container ready to eat cheesecake filling
2 ( 1.9 ounce) packages mini fillo shells, thawed
1 cup chopped pistachios
¼ cup honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 (24.2 ounce) container ready to eat cheesecake filling
2 ( 1.9 ounce) packages mini fillo shells, thawed
1 cup chopped pistachios
¼ cup honey

Procedures:
- Place 1 teaspoon of cheesecake filling into each fillo shell.
- In a medium bol, combine pistachios, honey, and cinnamon. Top cheesecakes evenly with pistachio mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
