Ingredients: Makes 4
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt,
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 (8 ounce) top sirloin fillets
Steak sauce(optional)
Garnish:fresh parsley

Procedures:
- Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high heat(350 degree to 400 degree). In a small bowl, stir together mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub mustard mixture evenly over steaks.
- Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with steak sace, and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
