Ingredients: Makes 6
4 large tomatoes, sliced ¼ inch thick
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) container crumbled feta cheese
Garnish: fresh oregano leaves
Procedures:
Arrange tomato slices on a serving platter.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil and next 4 ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes. Top with feta, and garnish with oregano, if desired.
