Healthy Nilagang Pata ng Baboy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo pork pata (front leg or pork hind), cut into serving pieces
- 1 large potato, cut into serving portion
- 8-10 piece baguio beans or stings beans
- 1 large onion, cut into
- 4 pieces
- 2 pieces saba banana (optional)
- 1 medium sized cabbage half
- 2 bundle petchay pepper corn
- 4-5 cup of water Salt or fish sauce
Procedures:
- In a pot, put the pork and water.Bring to boil.Add onion, cover and wait until the pork is tender (approximately 1 hour).add potato and simmer
- Add baguio beans and simmer for about 1-2 minutes
- Add salt or fish sauce according to your desired taste.
- Add cabbage or petchay. (Make sure that the veggies are not overcooked)
