How to Make Raspberry Brownies

Raspberry Brownies Recipe
Ingredients: Make 2 Dozen
1 cup butter or margarine
5 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup Red Raspberry Preserves

Procedures:
  • Butter 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate in a large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Add to chocolate mixture and whisk to blend.
  • Stir in preserves and half of walnuts.
  • Pre heat oven to 350 degree F. Pour batter into the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on top. Bake until tester inserted into the center comes out clean. About 35 minutes.
  • Transfer to rack and let cool.
  • Cut into squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature. End.
