Deep Fried Squid Rings ( Calamares Recipe )
Ingredients:
30 grams Squid, cut into rings
Marinate
1 tablespoon Shrimp Sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspon sugar
Batter
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cornstarch
100 ml water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon oil

Procedures:
- Make batter without adding oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Marinade squid for 30 minutes
- Add oil to batter and stir well.
- Coat squid rings with batter. Deep fry in hot oil until goldedn and crispy.
