Extra Crispy Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings (cut into flats & drumettes)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Oil for deep-frying
Buffalo Sauce:
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Prep: Pat dry the chicken wings.
Coating: Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat wings evenly. Shake off excess.
