Ingredients: serve 10
Cooking Time: 1 hour 10minutes
175g butter or margarine, softened
175g light muscovado sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
200g self raising flour
25g cocoa powder
200g Cadburys dairy milk chocolate, chopped
Cocoa powder, for dusting

Procedures:
Grease and line the base and long sides of a 1kg loaf tin. Cream the butter or margarine and sugar together in a bowl.

Add the eggs and milk, then sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl. Beat well until light and creamy. Stir in the copped chocolate and turn the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake in preheated oven, 180C. gas mark 4 for 1 hour 10 minutes until just firm and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

Leave the teabread to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve dusted with cocoa powder. End.
