How to Cook Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Garlic

Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Garlic Recipe
Ingredients: 2 to 3 Serving
200 grams spahetti
Water
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 – 2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 anchovy fillet, chopped (reserve oil)
1 teaaspoon oil from anchovies
Salt and pepper
1 – 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Fried garlic chips

Procedures:
  • Cook the spaghetti in water followng package directions. Then drain water and toss noodles in butter to separate the noodles. Set aside.
  • In a wok or large saucepan heat olive oil and saute garlic
  • Add anchovy fillet and oil from anchovies. Toss in the cooked spaghetti. Season with salt an dpepper. Sprinkle top with parsley and garlic chips. End.
