How to Make Pear with Chutney Pizza

Pear and Chutney Pizza Recipe with Sandra Lee
Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
½ ( 24 ounce) package prebaked pizza crust.
½ cup Major Grey’s Chutney
1 ripe Barlett pear, thinly sliced
1 (16 ounce) package sliced fresh mozzarella
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
1 cup arugula

  • Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Prehet grill to high heat (400 degree to 450 degree). Grill pizza crust, covered with grill lid, for 2 to 3 minutes on one side. Using grill tons, carefully remove crust from grill to a baking sheet, grilled side up.
  • Spread chutney evenly over crust. Top with pear and mozzarella slices. Return pizza to grill. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 3 to 4 minutes. Or until cheese melts. Remove from grill, and sprinkle with chives and arugula.
  • To bake in an oven: preheat oven to 425 degree. Prepare pizza according to directions, and place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with chives and arugula. End.
