Lobster Thermidor Recipe
Ingredients: Make 4 serving
1.3 kilo Lobster (set aside the shell)
1 cup Anchor Whipping Cream
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 piece red onion, chopped
1 small piece green bell pepper, chopped
1 small piece red bell papper, chopped
1 piece celery stalk, chopped
2 tablespoons cooking wine
½ cup ANCHOR butter (salted)
5 tablespoons grated cheese for topping
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped.
Procedures:

1 small piece green bell pepper, chopped
1 small piece red bell papper, chopped
1 piece celery stalk, chopped
2 tablespoons cooking wine
½ cup ANCHOR butter (salted)
5 tablespoons grated cheese for topping
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped.
Procedures:
- Clean and wash the lobster.
- In a pan, steam the lobsters until it is cooked.
- Once lobsters are cooked, drain and cut the lobster in half.
- Remove the lobster meat and cut into medallions. Set aside.
- Melt the ANCHOR butter and saute the garlic mushrooms, red onion, green and red bell pepper, celery and cooking wine.
- Mix in the lobster meat and saute well. Then, pour in the ANCHOR Whipping Cream.
- Arrange the lobster shells on a baking dish thenfill it with the newly cooked lobster meat. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
- Put lobster into the oven until grated cheese creaters a top crust. Ensure that the topping does not get to dry. Serve hot. End
