How to Make Banana Nut Cupcake

Banana Nut Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients: 20 pieces / 1 piece = 40 grams
2 cups all purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed lakatan banana
¼ cup sour milk( ¼ cup skim milk with 1 ½ teaspoons calamansi juice)
½ cup chopped cashew nuts
½ cup raisins

  • Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Line muffin pan with paper cups.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream margarine with sugar and egg whites until light and fluffy. Combien vanilla, lakatan and milk. Add alternately with flour, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  • Pour into pan until 2/3 full bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with guyabano juice. End.
