Chicken and Pork Meat Roll
Ingredients: 4 to 6 Serving
½ kilo fresh ground chicken
½ kilo ground pork
¼ cup chopped onions
1 small can (234g) crushed pineapples
½ cup raisins
2 eggs
3 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup cornstarch
4 – 6 pieces chicken hotdogs
Cooking oil

  • In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, ground pork, onions, crushed pineapples and raisins.
  • Add eggs, salt, sugar, and pepper and mix well. Blend in cornstarch, and mix until all ingredients are throughly combined.
  • Spread a large piece of aluminum foil on the table. Place 1/3 of the meat mixture in the middel, flatten slightly. Place 1 to 2 hotdogs, depending on the desired length of the roll, over the meat, then form into a roll. The hotdogs should be enclosed int he meat mixture.
  • Wrap roll in aluminum foil, tightly folding both ends to seal in the meat. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and hot dogs.
  • Steam for 45 minutes to an hou. Cool completely before keeping in the refrigerator.
  • Before serveing, unwrap rolls and slice a few pieces diagonally. In a skillet, heat cooking oil and fry sliced rolls about 30 to 45 seconds on each side. Makes 3 large or 4 medium sized rolls.
