Aunt B’s Campers Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients: Yield 2 qarts
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peaches, thawed
4 cups half and half
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 taeaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon salt.

Procedures:
  • In the work bowl of a food processor, pulse peaches until pureed, in a large bowl, combine half and half, milk peach puree, extracts and salt, whisking to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour mixture into an electric ice cream maker. Freeze mixture according to manufaturers instructions.
  • Ice cream will be soft. For firmer texture, place in an airtight container, and freeze for several hours of overnight. Store covered in freezer.
