Ingredients: Makes 10 to 12 serving
1 (7 pound) bone in fully cooked ham
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup coarse grain mustard
2 tablespoons dry sherry

1 (7 pound) bone in fully cooked ham
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup coarse grain mustard

Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 325F line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Score top of ham in diamond pattern, add place in prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, and sherry. Spread half of mixture over top of ham. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 hours. Uncover and spread remaining brown sugar mixture over ham. Bake for 1 hour longer or until an instant read thermometer inserted in thickest portion of ham registers 140F. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
