Asian Slaw Recipe

Ingredients: Makes 6
1 (16 ounce bag tricolor slaw mix
1 cup thinly sliced seedless cucumber
½ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Procedures:
In a large bowl, combine slaw mix and remaining 8 ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
