Relleno Tomato Sauce Recipe by Kulinarya
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cups fish stock
- ¼ cup green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crush, peel and mince garlic.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Peel and chop the tomatoes.
- Add oil to a preheated pan and saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the 3 cups reserved fish stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
