1 cup ricotta
6 slices prosciutto
1 bunch green onions, sliced
½ cup sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
Procedures:
- Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to high heat (400 degree to 450 degree)
- In a large deep skillet, cook asparagus in boiling salted water to cover for 2 to 3 minutes, or until crisp tender; drain. Plunge asparagus into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain well. Coarsely chop asparagus, if desired.
- On a work surface, place a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Lightly dust with flour. Place dough in center of foil. Using floured hands, press dough out from center to form a circle. Invert dough onto grill rack; peel off and discard foil. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 2 to 3 minutes. Using grill tongs and a large spatula, carefully remove crust from grill to a baking sheet, grilled side up.
- Spread ricotta evenly ove curst. Top with prosciutto, green onions, tomatoes, and asparagus. Return pizza to grill. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crust is done and toppings are heated through.
