Spicy Taco Meat

Ingredients: Makes 8 to 10 serving
2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground ancho chile pepper
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
Assorted Tortilla Chips
Procedures:
In a large skillet, cook ground chuck, onion, and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and crumbly; drain. Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in tomato sauce, cumin and ancho chile pepper. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in lime juice and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
