Smoky Mountain Ribs
Ingredients: Makes 4 serving
3 tablespoons firmly packed sugar brown
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
4 pounds pork spare ribs

Procedures:
  • Place a disposable aluminum pan under grill rack on one side of grill. Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat other side of grill to medium heat (300 to 350 degre) leave drip pan side unlit.
  • In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture evenly over ribs.
  • Place ribs on unlit side of grill and grill covered with grill lid, for 1 hour and 30 minutes on each side, or until tender. Let ribs stand for 10 minutes before serving. End.
