Cashew Yema Bars Recipe

Ingredients: serve 6
1/3 cup softened butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 can (300 milliliters) condensed milk
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
½ cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts

Procedures:
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan and set aside
  • In a medium bowl, beat butter until ligh and fluffy. Blend in eggs, egg yolks, condensed milk and flour. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes.
  • Remove fromoven and sprinkle cashew nuts on top. Baked for another 15 minutes or until golden in color.
  • Let cool. Slice and transfer to colored baking cups.
