1 kilo large or medium size shrimp
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon MSG(monosodium glutanate), optional
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 bottle (300ml) banana ketchup
- In a work, cook shrimp over medium heat with salt and MSG if desered. When shrimps become red, remove from wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, heat oil and saute garlic until golden brown. Add shrimp.
- Pour in banana ketchup and stir until shrimps are well coated with the sauce.
